Journey Overview
Berry is located 2 hours south of Sydney and will combine your love of the country with a quaint village (and great shopping, lots of homeware stores!) and beautiful coastal surrounds.
We wanted you to enjoy the country element with a luxury farm stay, but to then explore all the other surrounding areas – Bowral (known for it’s wineries); Gerringong (known for it’s beautiful coastal walks and beaches) and Berry itself. After your country stay, we thought you may need your city fix – so we have found this beautiful 3 bedroom house in Paddington for you to use as a base to explore Sydney and it’s amazing restaurants and galleries!
Trip Itinerary Details
DAY ONE
Collect your car from Sydney airport and start your two hour journey to Berry. Settle in this afternoon into your stunning abode for the next four nights and the rest of the evening is yours at leisure. We can order groceries in advance to your house, in preparation for dinner this evening.
DAY TWO
This morning, head out for your cooking school dining experience at Far Meadow Table. You will look to cook some basic all round recipes, enjoy morning tea and then enjoy your own cooking over a late lunch and wine (6 hour duration).
DAY THREE
Day at leisure today!
DAY FOUR
Head to Bowral today for your leisurely lunch booking at Mount Ashby Estate – you’ll think you’ve arrived in Provence, France! Enjoy the rest of the day to walk off your lunch, or simply enjoy your beautiful house as it’s your last evening here, unfortunately!
DAY FIVE
Depart Linneaus House today for your 2 hour trip back to Sydney. Drop the car back at the airport and get a taxi to your stunning abode for the next 3 nights, Paddington Park View House.
DAY SIX
Head to Bondi this morning and complete your Bondi to Bronte walk. Make sure you pack some spare clothes to change into for your delicious lunch booking at Icebergs, Bondi. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure today.
Dinner recommendation: Café Sydney.
DAY SEVEN
Explore the water today with a shared yacht charter for your group of on the harbour at 11am. You will have 5 hours to enjoy yourselves, with lunch and drinks included. The rest of the day is at leisure.
Dinner recommendation: Sake.
DAY EIGHT
Make your own way to the airport for your flight home today.
